The optimal time to experience the tour is from October to April. During these months, Northern Patagonia enjoys a milder climate, making it ideal for exploring both the mountain trails and the natural beauty of its lakes. This period avoids the heavy winter snows, ensuring more comfortable travel and exploration. The transition months of October and November offer a unique opportunity to experience the blooming of the Patagonian spring, while March and April paint the forests in vibrant reds and ochres. Notably, the tour includes visits to places like the Black Glacier and glamping experiences at Rio Manso, which are best enjoyed under clear skies and comfortable temperatures, further supporting the choice of these months for travel.
To avoid unpleasant weather surprises, we recommend to check our Argentina Weather Guide to plan your trip in the right season. Click on the month you want to travel in and see the tours which are best for each month of the year.
