There are 19 apartments and suites, of which 5 chalets facing the sea, with two suites, a single storey and another upstairs, 3 chalets in the garden with partial sea view, a luxury suite on the upper floor and 2 apartments on the ground floor. All apartments are equipped with cable TV, WI-FI, hair dryer, air conditioning, minibar, private safe, telephone, piped music, balcony with hammock and lounger.

The Cauim Bar and Restaurant, facing the Atlantic, offers a spacious outdoor deck and glazed hall. The pool is part of this space. Sauna, hydro, SPA, cable TV, games, internet, kayak, snooker and library are some of the leisure activities offered to the guests.

The three ships that brought the first Jesuits to Brazil in 1549 were:  Conceicao, Salvador, and Ajuda, who later named their respective cities in Bahia. Until the beginning of the 19th century, Arraial d’Ajuda did not seem remark itself. The population of this locality comprises several ethnic groups: indigenous (Pataxo Indians), blacks and foreigners (Portuguese, French, Dutch, English and Spanish).
