The best time to visit San Andrés and Providencia Islands is during the dry season from December to April when the weather is most favorable for beach activities and exploring.

Day 1 - Fly to San Andres

Day 2 - Johnny Cay & Acuario Keys

Awaken to the vibrant life of San Andrés with a morning city tour of San Andres main town, Stroll along Spratt Bight Beach, delving into the island’s rich history and colorful culture. Then, take a snorkeling excursion to Johnny Cay and Acuario Keys. These small islands boast pristine beaches, turquoise waters, and abundant marine life. Marvel at the colorful coral reefs and swim with tropical fish in the crystal-clear sea. After the underwater exploration, enjoy a leisurely lunch on the beach and soak up the sun. Day 3 - San Andres

Day 4 - Diving

Day 5 - Providencia Island

Travel take a short flight to Providencia Island, one of the Caribbean’s best-kept secrets. The island has beautiful unspoiled volcanic scenery, lovely empty beaches, laid back atmosphere and friendly people. Upon arrival, check into your charming beachfront guest house. Spend the day exploring the island’s main town, Santa Isabel and its markets. In the afternoon, take a leisurely stroll or bike ride to Morgan’s Head, a large rock formation named after the infamous pirate Henry Morgan, and enjoy the panoramic views of the sea. Day 6 - Providencia Island

Dedicate your second day to the stunning beaches of Providencia. Head to South West Bay, a long stretch of golden sand fringed by coconut palms, where you can relax and soak up the sun. For lunch, enjoy fresh seafood at one of the beachside restaurants. In the afternoon, take a snorkeling trip to Crab Cay, a small islet surrounded by clear, turquoise waters. Day 7 - Providencia Island

Experienced divers can explore deeper sites and underwater caves. After a morning of diving, enjoy a relaxing lunch before taking an afternoon hike in the McBean Lagoon National Natural Park, where you can discover the island’s unique flora and fauna. Day 8 - Departure

After breakfast, prepare for your journey back to Bogotá, first stopping on the island of San Andres. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some time to relax at the hotel. Take a final stroll through the town or relax at the lodge before heading to the airport. Fly back to Bogotá, where you can spend the afternoon exploring the city or preparing for your departure home.
