Location: Analatsara Ecolodge is a small beach hotel located on the islet of Ile aux Nattes, Madagascar. The hotel is accessible by a short boat ride from the nearby island of Sainte Marie. Due to its remoteness, blackouts can happen, and one needs to come with an open heart, as the beauty of Ile of Nattes is really worth it.

How to get here: To get here you will have to fly to Ile Sainte Marie (SMS) and then take a short 20-min boat ride to Ile aux Nattes. The hotel is located right on the beach, on the western side of tie island.

Structure: Analatsara is truly an ecolodge, combining the local design with a European comfort. There are 7 bungalows which can accommodate a total of 26 people. The large bungalows have several bedrooms which can accommodate up to 4 people, kitchen,comfortable verandas with a sitting areas  and equipped bathrooms. Several bungalows have a view to the sea and there is also a tree house. The adjacent restaurant serves excellent food and there are often traditional shows, cabaret orchestras. The lodge hosts an sculpture atelier. Canoe are available to go out in the emerald lagoon or at sea and nautical activity are also possible such as snorkelling or nocturnal fishing in a traditional Malagasy pirogue. The lodge has a beautiful massage parlour by the beach.
