Nosy Saba Island Resort

Nosy Saba | Madagascar

Small fly-in beach resort located in the north-west of Madagascar. Spend a lazy holiday on an island with beautiful clear water and a good infrastructure. Play golf, practice water sports, dive, snorkel and enjoy the tropical atmosphere

Location: Nosy Saba Private Island & Spa is an ecolodge located on a 320 acre private island off the coast of Madagascar, in a UNESCO marine reserve, far from mass tourism areas.

How to get here: To get here you will have to take a 30-min charter flight to the south of Nosy Be. It can be as well reached by boat (2,5/3 hours) cruising from Port of Nosy-Be Hell-Ville through the Radama Archipalego.

Structure: Nosy Saba Private Island & Spa has 27 suites (42 bedrooms), 2 restaurants, a spa, an Olympic swimming pool and meeting rooms. Here you will be able to see the rare blue-eyed lemurs, sea turtles coming to lay their eggs, 40 species of birds, geckos, … and, with a bit of luck, dugongs and whale sharks..

Why staying here: Nosy Saba offers discretion and exclusivity. Great for a lazy holiday with children, away from it all. The resort has a great infrastructure and you can truly relax here. Ideal for relaxing and sporty holidays, the island-hotel can also be privatized for special events. The surrounding islands and Big Island coastline are rich in history, culture or discovery experiences: For instance, the former prison-island of Nosy Lava, the Sahamalaza National Park, the small and authentic village of Analalava or the Radama archipelago. All are 30 min to 1h away by boat.

Road & River

This trip is for the adventure seekers and travelers who like being close to nature. This is definitely a road trip with some portions covered by boat. The itinerary offers a slow-paced journey into the western region of Madagascar, the land of Sakalava and Menabe. Since flying within the country can sometimes be unreliable, a road trip comes handy. During the river cruising overnight is done in tents with a romantic dinner by the campfire. You will get to see Tsingy and the majestic baobabs too. The trip can be done both on a private and shared basis. Get in touch for more info about scheduled departures. Off we go!
