Day 2 – Pigeon Island
Today, have fun with your children during a pirate treasure hunt at Pigeon island! You will discover the history of this site in an entertaining way, while enjoying the stunning views from the fort! Spend the rest of the afternoon chilling on the beach at Pigeon island with its clear and shallow waters for children, or go back to Reduit Beach for some complimentary non-motorized water-sport activities such as kayaking, Hobie-Cat sailing or stand-up paddle boarding. Day 3 – A trip to the South of the Island
Today discover the beautiful South, sailing down to Soufriere on a catamaran. Visit the refreshing Toraille Waterfall and the Sulphur Springs. Have fun, painting each other with black mud and white clay! Later on, visit Morne Coubaril Estate, a colonial working plantation. See how cocoa and coffee are made and enjoy the delicious buffet lunch. Try zip-lining or horseback riding. Later on, sail back up to Rodney Bay, just in time for sunset. Overnight at Bay Gardens Beach Resort.
Day 4 – Nature and you
This morning, take your family to a scenic Segway tour on Mount Pimard. The 2 mile-long trail will take you through a private nature reserve where you will discover lush exotic vegetation and the part of the rich past of the island. You will also catch your breath from the views along the way, so don’t forget your camera! In the afternoon, have fun with your children at Splash Island or in the kidz club. Trust us, it’s harder than it looks but your children will definitely have a good time! Overnight at Bay Gardens Beach Resort.
Day 5 – Departure
It’s already time to leave! Depending on your departure time, you may still be able to have a guided tour of the Castries Central market, where you will be able to smell the spices of the local cuisine, and buy some souvenirs to bring back home. Your taxi will then drive you back to the airport in the north or south, depending on your flight arrangements. Discover Saint Lucia, a great destination for family holidays and relaxation! You can also choose to stay in a different hotel, have a different meal plan and dine out during your excursions, discovering little places around the island.
