Laikipia Safari

The Laikipia Safari Tour is a 6-day private guided itinerary in Northern Kenya. The the seemingly infinite plains stretch from the Great Rift Valley to magnificent escarpments. Discover rolling hills, waterfalls and exceptional wildlife. Visit Ol Pejeta Conservancy which is home to Kenya’s largest population of black rhino, considerable numbers of elephant, cheetahs, lions, leopards and plentiful plains game. There are also a number of rare Northern species seen nowhere else in East Africa, like Grevy zebra, Jacksons hartebeest and Beisa oryx and the almost extinct Northern white rhinos. The conservancy lies on the equator and has Mount Kenya as a stunning backdrop. Experience walking or riding safaris, which are a totally different experience from safaris done in 4×4 vehicles. Without the noise of the engine you can get really close up to the game. The itinerary is an excellent choice for family travelling with children, a group of friends or couples who like active trips, as well as for senior travellers.
